I have a busy day tomorrow because we are flying out on Saturday. I'm not crazy about giving up my weekend to travel, but I'm excited about the opportunity. Staying on plan and on target is getting easier and easier.
Like Sunny said in her post, I'm not really very hungry anymore and my focus is no longer on 'when or what' I'm going to eat next. Im really not tempted at all by the carbohydrates and sugars that I'm not getting. This is a VERY GOOD THING.
I came home pretty tired tonight, so, I'll blog more when I have more to say.

ReplyDeleteYou'll weigh soon enough, enjoy what that loss feels like!!! The scale is just a number. How you feel is most important. I know you were tired tonight, but you just had a "slanted" kinda day, not "off", just slanted. You've been feeling great is my point, and that's what matters!

ReplyDeleteJust a word of caution to you both now that you have been on your amazing journey together for several weeks....a diet of low carbs can cause your seritonin levels to drop in your brain.. low seritonin levels can make you feel irritable,uneasy,anxious,moody.Just an fyi to be aware of....The nurse in me made me do it! LOL (((HUGS))) to both,Galpal
