I went shopping today with a friend. We had planned to be poolside, but thanks to the rain, I got some exercise.I'm off to a family party tonight. I feel good that tomorrow is weigh-in day :) Confident that my loss of a few days ago remained the same, I can't wait to post it!
I am not sure what's on the menu tonight, but I'm sure I can handle whatever there is....it's just about choices and making the right ones now.
